I have worked with Eyal Zabari twice: first in purchasing a condo in Chelsea in 2010 and then selling it in 2020-21 (not such great timing with the pandemic). In both cases, he was a pleasure to work with and worked hard to get the best outcome. When we were looking for a condo, he was very patient in showing numerous properties in a number of different neighborhoods and never pressured me to make a snap decision. And when it came time to sell, he was extremely helpful in the staging/marketing process and often went the extra mile in helping us deal with little emergency cosmetic repairs that came along. Moreover, he handled the stresses associated with trying to sell our condo in pandemic times with great flexibility and sensitivity. Eyal represented the sale of my 2BR/1BR apartment during the April-August period the sale took. He has a clever eye for presentation style, both for the pleasant staging layout of the space and also for professional photography. The resulting product of this was a very attractive proposition for the sale of my beautiful apartment, which was evident from the photos and the placement of objects and decorative elements proposed by Eyal. Most importantly, his keen negotiating tactics to bring the sale to a successful closing were key in the resulting short period of time that the whole process transpired. Eyal always made sure to schedule abundant open houses and private viewings to ensure that the apartment was getting sufficient attention and exposure. He also always kept me informed of any new steps and appointments regarding these. He effectively managed any issues, and when the first offer of sale fell through by the first buyer, Eyal was able to quickly re-market the apartment and find a more appropriate buyer that was interested in closing the sale on an aggressive timeline that suited me best. He was very communicative and responsive to emails, text, and phone calls and worked very hard to market and sell the property without being pushy or aggressive. I appreciated his style of handling the whole process and can only recommend his service and expertise to other sellers.

Eyal led the purchase of my first NYC apartment. As a first-time purchaser, I went in with a lot of unknowns.
